A special session created Publishing Your Research on the Science of Cereal-Based Foods, presented by Prof. Les Copeland, is targeted primarily to early career professionals and students, but is likely to be of interest to a much wider audience of cereal and food scientists.  An immediate oral translation in Chinese will be given on site.

 

Workshop: Publishing Your Research on the Science of Cereal-Based Foods

Publishing the findings of research is an essential professional skill for scientists, yet many find this a difficult aspect of their work. This workshop, to be presented by Les Copeland, Editor-in-Chief of Cereal Chemistry, will cover several essential elements of publishing scientific research on cereal-based foods: the art of writing papers; enhancing the prospects of success in the peer-review system; ethical considerations in preparing and submitting manuscripts. The process for publishing papers with AACC-International in Cereal Chemistry will be discussed. The session is targeted primarily to early career professionals and students, but is likely to be of interest to a much wider audience of cereal and food scientists.  An immediate oral translation in Chinese will be given on site.
